In the 2006-07 school year, the average class size for Utah's public schools was 22.2.  This figure is based on the number of full-time teachers per student and does not include classroom aides or teacher coordinators.

The Utah State Office of Education also provides actual class size figures (and not just student to teacher ratios) for each grade in elementary school and each major class type in secondary school (7th through 12th grade).
